Job description

Probability & Partners is looking for a risk management consultant to work on topics in Non-Financial Risk (NFR) management. Our current NFR team specializes in topics such as IT-risk, outsourcing risk, reputation risk, privacy risk, and governance.

As a consultant, you will work for our clients in pensions, insurance, and banking. A typical project will last between 3-6 months. We are looking for a colleague with prior experience in NFR and consulting in the financial sector.

Risk management remains a growing focus area in the financial sector. More and more attention is being paid to the non-financial risks. Think of IT, outsourcing, governance, privacy, reputation, etc.

In order to continue to meet the growing demand for this expertise and experience and thereby maintain the high quality of our services, we are happy to expand our team with enthusiastic and knowledgeable people.

Experience

HBO/WO: economics, information/organizational science, finance, accountancy;
3-7 years of relevant risk management or audit experience;
Consultancy;
Project management;
Scenario analysis, pre-mortem, workshops, and interviews.

COSO ERM;

Postdoc RA, RE, RO;

We help our clients manage their risks. In doing so, we use a holistic approach to risk management, and a unique combination of hands-on experience in the field and academic knowledge.
