Yusi has over 10 years of experience in both the banking and consulting aspects of financial markets and risk management. Her expertise lies in banking prudential regulations and supervisory requirements.

Before joining Probability, she spent 7 years in the financial risk management practice at Ernst & Young Netherlands. During this time, she assisted several banks with assessments and implementations related to the Basel/CRR/CRD framework. She possesses a thorough understanding of capital management, liquidity risk, stress testing, credit risk, supervisory review and evaluation processes (SREP), reporting and disclosure requirements.
