Dirk Buijs

Dirk has over 15 years of working experience in the Dutch Asset Management and pension sector. Before joining Probability & Partners, he worked at Towers Perrin, ABN AMRO, DNB, PGB, and VIVAT. Dirk entered the asset management industry as a consultant servicing pension fund clients by monitoring and selecting external asset managers.

Dirk has gained in-depth knowledge of risk management and investments. At VIVAT, Dirk was a risk manager closely involved with the derisking of the balance sheet.

Dirk enjoys helping organizations with their operational and financial risk management. Dirk is a friendly and open communicator who likes to support teams and/or organizations with a clear focus on delivery. He recently supported a pension fund with their operational risk management and participated in the investment committee. Dirk currently participates in the investment and risk management committee of a pension fund and carries out risk consultancy assignments.
