Unofficial CRR3 consolidated text

With the CRR3 implementation deadline of January 1st, 2025 fast approaching, banks are actively preparing to meet compliance requirements. Recognizing the need for a more practical, user-friendly CRR3 version, Probability and Partners (www.probability.nl) have taken the initiative to create a consolidated CRR3 document for your convenience. While we await the official publication in the EU Journal, our team has compiled this streamlined version to support your regulatory implementation efforts.

Content of this document

This document combines the existing CRR2 regulations with the CRR3 amendments, providing a practical, consolidated resource. We’ve created this version to assist you ahead of its official release on the EU website.

Please note that the implementation of market risk (FRTB) has been postponed to January 1st, 2026 by the European Commission. This decision, along with ongoing discussions from EU authorities, is not reflected in this consolidated version.

Reference

The latest consolidated CRR2 is available on EUR -lex (dated 09/07/2024, document number: Document 02013R0575-20240709). We have updated all the CRR3 amendments (published at 19 June 2024, document number: Document 32024R1623) in this consolidated CRR2.
