We would like to invite you to the next Probability and Partners event, which will focus on risk management considering recent developments around the coronavirus.

The impact of the virus and related measures is enormous. We are currently in the middle of a crisis, and the management of risk is of vital importance at such times. Organizational, operational, and financial risk aspects all deserve due attention.

Probability & Partners is organizing a seminar on September 30, 2020, about the impact of coronavirus on the financial sector. We will discuss what risk management lessons we can learn from this ongoing crisis. Our experts and guest speaker will highlight current developments and discuss possible solutions, based on their extended expertise and experience in the risk management field.

Prof. dr. Fieke van der Lecq – Professor of Pension Fund Sector at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU), former honorable member of the Social and Economic Council (SER) and commissioner/supervisor at various financial institutions.

Dr. Svetlana Borovkova – Head of Modelling at Probability & Partners and Associate Professor of Quantitative Finance and Risk Management at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Drs. Pim Poppe – Director of Probability & Partners, expert on strategic risk assessment, macroeconomic risks, and scenarios.

Drs. Amba Zeggen, AAG – Lead Risk Culture & Behavior at Probability & Partners and an expert in the areas of risk governance, corporate culture and behavior.

If the maximum number of registrations is reached and / or you cannot attend for another reason, we will provide a suitable replacement so that you are still up-to-date of the latest developments.

The corona-related RIVM measures allowing, the event will be held in De Nieuwe Poort in Amsterdam-Zuid. If a physical meeting proves impossible, we will run the event as a webinar. We will inform you in time of any changes.
