Probability’s approach to risk consultancy is unique by combining consultants, practitioners, and academics within a single firm. Our practitioners have a background as CRO, director, or line manager in the financial industry. We combine them with seasoned consultants with a background as partner or specialist for a Big 4 consulting firm, and associates who have acquired a reputation as respected contractor. Our practitioners and consultants are complemented by academics with ties to multiple Dutch universities.
Our combination of skills allows us to excel in the risk consulting domain. Our practitioners help us to speak the language of our clients, while our consultants understand what is required to get the job done. The presence of academics challenges our thinking and allows us to implement the latest academic insights and cutting-edge technologies. Our people are involved in multiple sectors and across multiple domains. Our sectors involve banking, insurance, pensions, asset management, supervision, FinTech, and family offices. Within each sector, we offer a wide range of services, from modeling in domains such as Credit Risk, Trading Book Risk, and ALM, to Governance, IT Risk, and strategic advice.
